Budapest Airport Zrt. appoints new CEO

Management change at Budapest Airport: Budapest Airport is pleased to announce that Dr. Rolf Schnitzler has been appointed as the new CEO of Budapest Airport Zrt with immediate effect, succeeding Jost Lammers. Rolf Schnitzler is a highly experienced airport manager, who brings with him in depth knowledge of Budapest Airport.

Dr. Rolf Schnitzler has more than fourteen years of experience in corporate management at AviAlliance, one of the leading private industrial airport investors and managers. He has also been a member and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Budapest Airport since 2011, and has become intensively acquainted with the airport through the provision of support and legal advice on numerous important projects.

Schnitzler holds a Doctorate in Law with professional experience at Freshfields, HOCHTIEF, the German American Chamber of Commerce and Deutsche Bank.
